Is it Xmas season already?

I keep seeing things like its alright to start celebrating the holidays.. Isn't this jumping the gun?  I thought it started the day after thanksgiving

You do whatever you want on this one, it is starting right now! Anyway we don't have thanksgiving in Ireland. Have November to get ready, and from December 1st, Christmas!!!!
